Lexington, MA (On-site) Full-time/Intern Event & Marketing We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate and lifestyle platform dedicated to building brand influence through cross-border collaboration, digital media, and immersive experiences. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event & Marketing Planner to join our team and drive impactful campaigns both online and onsite. Key Responsibilities ✓ Plan and execute online and onsite marketing events to enhance brand visibility and user engagement ✓ Draft event proposals, promotional content, and social media copy across platforms including WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Red Notes ✓ Coordinate visual content production such as photography, filming, and video editing ✓ Manage social media platforms and continuously optimize audience reach and interaction ✓ Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive marketing partnerships and cross-industry alliances Qualifications ✓ Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields ✓ Strong understanding of digital content creation, including video shooting and editing ✓ Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities and communication skills ✓ Creative mindset with demonstrated experience in event planning and copywriting ✓ Strong writing skills in English; proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred ✓ Collaborative and creative team environment ✓ Opportunities to lead and grow with high-impact projects ✓ Exposure to cross-border and bilingual marketing strategies ✓ Visa sponsorship support is available for eligible candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
