Schedule: Saturdays Required.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-person tours of the property for prospective residents, keeping the funnel/outlook calendar updated.
Build rapport with current and prospective residents, ensuring a smooth transition to move‑in and fostering high satisfaction and NPS.
Use property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications, and maintain accurate records, enhancing workflow efficiency and supporting marketing strategies.
Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs to foster community engagement.
Identify and resolve resident concerns, from maintenance issues to service inquiries, with a solution‑oriented approach, ensuring positive experiences and retention.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.
2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
1+ years of sales experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums.
Proficiency with technology, including computer software and iPad.
Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
Valid driver's license and up‑to‑date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation required.
Complete the Wonderlic pre‑employment assessment if minimum qualifications are met during resume screening.
