Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional environment Answer phones and book appointments accurately Educate clients on services, enhancements, and benefits Sell memberships in person (no cold selling over the phone) Recommend massage and facial services at time of booking Participate in sales contests and team goals Handle client concerns professionally Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness Drive retention and repeat visits What We’re Looking For
