Business Associate

Woundtech has been financially backed by a leading private equity firm since 2016. Woundtech is currently seeking a Business Associate to join our team. The Business Associate will work directly with senior leadership, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, on strategic and operational projects related to the development and growth of our business across North America. The Business Associate will also work in cross functional teams with department heads executing on workplans in collaboration with the Business Development, Operations, Finance and HR. The Business Associate will play an important role on project teams: performing critical analyses, contributing to final recommendations, and presenting work to company leadership. Job Duties Support and or lead the creation and implementation of company strategic initiatives and channel partnership proposals Work in cross-functional teams with department heads on growth-related initiatives, including projects related to business development, recruiting, and marketing activities Create business roll-out plans for new service lines Create, organize and run quarterly company-wide town halls Support contract renegotiation strategies Create presentations for various business development and corporate meetings Review current Accounts Receivable strategy and recommend improvements Interact directly with senior leadership on specific high priority tasks on a weekly basis Develop communications, such as presentations, newsletters, memos, etc. Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customers Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to generate meaningful insights Location Fort Lauderdale, FL
