Fields BMW is seeking a Service Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to our service customers! You will manage customer communication to drive service appointments, schedule maintenance, and provide excellent customer service. You will act as a liaison between service customers and the dealership with the purpose of maximizing customer retention and service department profitability.

Responsibilities
Schedule service appointments and answer incoming service calls
Make outbound calls to customers due for service or with upcoming scheduled appointments
Contact customers regarding missed appointments to assist with rescheduling
Review next‑day appointments to confirm they are scheduled correctly
Follow up with customers on special order parts and schedule them for service
Coordinate mobile assistance, including towing and mobile technician services
Conduct outreach to customers with open and active vehicle recalls
Respond to CarNow emails and other service‑related emails
Update customer information in our dealership scheduling system and CDK
Gather pricing information and provide quotes to customers
Confirm requested parts are in stock before a customer orders it or comes in
Provide vehicle status updates for customers
Take messages for service advisors and assist when needed
Qualifications
Minimum of one year in previous role demonstrating strong customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills – team player attitude
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check
