We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead how Eight Sleep positions, launches, and grows our products globally. This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and growth translating our technology into powerful stories that inspire customers and drive adoption. You will be responsible for developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates Eight Sleep in the market, leading go-to-market strategies for new launches, and setting the standards for how we communicate value across all touchpoints. You'll work closely with Product, Brand, Growth, and CX to ensure every feature and product delivers clear impact and emotion the kind that builds an enduring brand. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative leader passionate about transforming complex technology into simple, human, and aspirational narratives. How you'll contribute: Develop and own the core positioning, value proposition, and messaging for Eight Sleep's products and features. Ensure clarity and consistency across product pages, campaigns, retail, and partner channels. Define and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for all major product and feature launches. Align cross-functional teams Product, Brand, Growth, and CX around a unified strategy and narrative. Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to create scalable content marketing strategies and guidelines that translate technical innovation into human benefits. Ensure all channels effectively articulate our value propositions to distinct customer segments. Lead research and competitive analysis to deeply understand our customers and category dynamics. Use these insights to refine positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities. Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives. Measure and report on how storytelling, positioning, and campaigns translate into awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Use data to inform and optimize future strategies. What you need to succeed: 5+ years of experience at a management-level of product marketing, brand strategy, or related fields, ideally within a premium consumer technology or wellness brand Proven success launching products and leading GTM campaigns end-to-end, from insight to market impact Expertise in developing clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for innovative, premium products Exceptional communication skills able to craft compelling narratives and present confidently to executives, partners, and customers Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven storytelling Highly cross-functional and comfortable leading through influence across product, design, and growth teams Analytical mindset with creative intuition equally fluent in metrics and emotion A passion for health, technology, and design and belief that sleep is the ultimate performance enhancer Comfortable experimenting with AI/ML tools and integrating AI-driven insights into marketing strategies.
