Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eligibility for annual recognition and training meetings/events is also available. Responsibilities include extensive problem-solving, order processing, managing customer accounts, providing proactive sales support, scheduling service and delivery orders, coordinating schedules with the service/operations team, contacting customers for scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans, and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, minimum of two years of customer service experience, strong time management and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook), and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per day.
