Asset Protection Associate

Role Description As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in safeguarding store assets, ensuring a secure environment for customers and employees, and minimizing inventory shrinkage. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing theft prevention measures, monitoring CCTV systems, investigating incidents of theft or fraud, and collaborating with law enforcement on organized retail crime cases. You will also assist in educating staff on security protocols and delivering reports to management detailing security incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications

Expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Organized Retail Crime Prevention

Knowledge of Physical Security principles and proficiency with Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate situations effectively

Attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and resolve security-related issues

Experience in a retail or asset protection environment is preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and law enforcement agencies

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in asset protection or security are a plus

Applicant must be able to travel within the Delaware market
