Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
Work closely with clients to fill urgent job openings.
Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements.
Use recruiting tools and resources effectively.
Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
Assist in negotiating job offers.
Conduct reference checks for candidates.
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to source and engage clients and candidates with consistent outbound activity.
Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and ethics in all interactions.
Effective negotiation skills.
A degree is preferred, but not required.
Successful completion of gpac training and all required courses.
