Responsibilities
Assist customers with finding the right parts for their vehicles.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our parts inventory.
Process orders and returned in a timely and efficient manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times.
Contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
Maintain clean work environment.
Shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Deliver parts as needed/if needed.
Educational/Experience required
High School diploma
One plus year of experience in auto parts sales
Clean driving record
