A passion for helping seniors
Adesire to contribute to a positive atmosphere for residents, family &friends, and all team members.
Excellentwritten and verbal skills and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office,CRM, etc.) for effective communication.
Flexibilityto work weekends, evenings and flexible hours as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Introduce andexplain community and services to potential residents and their families.
Nurture relationships with prospects, contacts and referral sources to meet established sales and occupancy goals.
Generate newleads and move-ins from targeted referral sources,
Facilitate themove-in process
Manage occupancyand sales goals.
Work within a structured sales and marketing system
Identify andbuild relationships within the local area
Plan and executive marketing events
Qualifications
HighSchool Diploma and some college preferred.
Twoyears of occupancy / marketing or sales background, preferably in the long-term health care industry preferred.
