Business Development Representative Remote

We are expanding our sales team and have immediate opportunities for remote Business Development Representatives (BDR) at American Health Connection (AHC). This is a regular, full-time position offering a base salary, an excellent commission structure, and comprehensive employee benefits. We provide Patient Communication Management services to medical healthcare systems, hospitals, and medical centers. We offer a suite of customized, scalable services that seamlessly and cost-effectively streamline all aspects of the patient scheduling and engagement process, resulting in more satisfied patients. Your Role at a Glance The remote BDR will utilize their inside sales/business development experience to secure relationships with qualified C-level decision-makers, uncover opportunities, analyze data to quantify client improvement opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and manage the full cycle sales and account management process. A self-starter with a growth mindset, disciplined work ethic, and passion for driving business success. Approximately 15-25% business travel to attend medical trade shows and conferences. Responsibility Overview: Full sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and account management. Understands client business issues and matches them to service capabilities and revenue opportunities. Identify and research lists of companies to target, network, and develop communication campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Ability to cultivate a mature network of referrals, including referrals from past partnerships. On a daily basis, initiate outgoing calls and project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with potential clients. Professionally drive a sense of urgency in accounts to increase the decision timeline. Keep detailed records, contacts, and activities in the CRM. Use Salesforce, MS Office and other systems and tools to effectively manage sales pipeline. Provide regular feedback to corporate management regarding sales activity and success in market development. Other duties may be assigned What You Bring To Be Successful: A minimum of 2-5 years medical/healthcare services sales development experience required. National or multi-State medical sales territory preferred. Ability to travel to trade shows, conferences, and conventions, approximately 15%-25%. College/university degree preferred. High school or equivalent education required. CRM and MS Office experience. Salesforce and/or ZoomInfo Lists preferred. Proven success in engaging C-suite executives and multi-stakeholder decision-makers. Experience supporting sales cycles with strategic persistence and intelligent follow-up. Long-term client relationship management ensuring consistent support, satisfaction, and success. Strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, and tenacious. Excellent work ethic, determination, passion to solve problems, and ability to think outside the box. Compensation and Benefits Base salary DOE plus approved commission structure.
