## Description**Job Purpose:**The Outside Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and reporting any incidents or safety concerns. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a secure environment and fostering community policing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Occasionally operate closed-circuit television, video recording devices, and remote-control devices to monitor the property.* Observe and report incidents and safety issues on the property promptly and accurately.* Patrol the perimeter and exterior of the property to ensure security and safety.* Work with limited supervision while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.* Adapt to all weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role.* Perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stooping, and kneeling as required.*The above description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals in this role. - Strong observational skills to report incidents and safety issues accurately
- Physical capability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with limited supervision
