Part Time Leasing Consultant Opportunity

Location Bexley at Lake Forest – McKinney, TX
Pay Hourly rates starting at $19/hour with quarterly bonuses.
Schedule
20 hours per week
Most or all Saturdays 9 a.m.–5 p.m., one additional full 8‑hour weekday, and one 4‑hour weekday (Sundays closed)
Weekday hours 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; flexible based on availability
What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey while building relationships with current residents and the team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, with full training and support to excel.

No leasing experience required, but the right mindset is essential.

May work outside standard hours for resident events or weather challenges.
