We are partnerting with a national law firm that is seeking a Foreclosure Servicing Liaison to manage all communication related to foreclosure files—including email, phone, and updates within client and firm systems such as Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions (BKFS). The role focuses heavily on post‑sale foreclosure processes and requires strong organizational, communication, and client‑service skills. Responsibilities

Update general foreclosure and judgment processes on active files using BKFS, with emphasis on post‑sale tasks, including title issuance and government conveyances. Perform initial quality‑control review of law‑firm‑prepared documents uploaded to the servicer for required signatures. Request file updates from attorneys and paralegals; respond to emails, phone calls, intercom messages, and inquiries related to assigned portfolios. Direct clients and internal staff to appropriate contacts as needed. Review internal systems and provide concise status summaries to the servicer. Respond to general case inquiries. Assist with client‑specific projects initiated by the compliance department. Conduct internal audit projects, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings. Address complex issues requiring coordination and resolution between the servicer and firm. Return all calls, emails, and messages within 24 hours. Maintain strong understanding of mortgage foreclosure documents, timelines, and practices. Provide ongoing service updates, client status updates, and follow‑up on outstanding documents or services. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

2+ years

of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced experience with BKFS/LPS Desktop. Professional, courteous communication style with strong client‑service orientation. Ability to identify issues requiring escalation. Strong research, documentation, and reporting skills. Self‑driven with the ability to work under limited supervision. Ability to navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment. Capacity to manage high volumes of email and file communications daily. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Quick learner with aptitude for legal client systems and terminology. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrated professionalism and teamwork. Commensurate with experienct but not to exceed $58,000/year
