
Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support day-to-day data management and administrative operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring consistency, integrity, and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, managing deadlines, and coordinating workflows across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information; resolve discrepancies as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data, including the use of formulas and pivot tables
Track, prioritize, and complete data-related tasks across multiple systems and platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data processing and updates
Generate basic reports and summaries from data sets as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or related experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and pivot tables
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working across multiple systems, tools, or databases simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to identify data discrepancies
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM, ERP, or database systems
Familiarity with task tracking or scheduling tools
Ability to streamline processes and improve data workflows
