Seasonal Member Representative
DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking rising or current college students who would like the opportunity to experience an enriching learning experience around the Credit Union/Financial Industry and develop professional work skills. This is a great opportunity to gain professional development while offering seasonal assistance to DCCU branch teams at various locations in Harrisonburg, Waynesboro, & Lexington. Seasonal employees can expect to work full‑time hours (38 to 40 hours a week) during their available weeks.
What You’ll Have The Opportunity To Do
Process all financial transaction requests, including:
cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing
Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience
Gain professional work experience
What You’ll Bring To The Table
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong passion for service
Ability to transform service experiences into relationships
Passion for helping people and interacting with others
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow
Excellent communication skills
Strong passion for exceptional service
