Your role as a Life Enrichment Assistant As a Full‑Time Life Enrichment Assistant at Crandall Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Expect to engage in meaningful interactions by planning and leading a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and social events. You will be responsible for assessing the interests and needs of residents to create personalized enrichment plans. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include setting up activity spaces, assisting residents with participation, and documenting engagement levels to ensure continuous improvement in our programming.
You will also collaborate with other team members to coordinate special events, fostering a sense of community among residents and their families. Your schedule will vary, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, ensuring that you have the flexibility to meet the unique needs of our residents while enjoying a dynamic work environment.
What you need to be successful To be successful as a Full‑Time Life Enrichment Assistant, you will need a blend of interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you will engage with residents, families, and team members to facilitate activities and gather feedback.
