Administrative And Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily office operations including scheduling, supply logistics, and team support Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication Oversee customer service efforts and maintain client satisfaction standards Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks Monitor project timelines and ensure administrative deliverables are met Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative and operations Strong understanding of payroll systems, logistics coordination, and client support Proficiency with office software and management tools (e.g. spreadsheets) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Attributes for Success Hard work tackle each task with determination, passion and creativity; the willingness to put in whatever effort is required to successfully complete the job at hand.
