Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform to source potential healthcare candidates and tap into your existing network, engaging prospects with MLR opportunities, scheduling appointments for our recruiters, following up with leads, ensuring precise records, and generating commission by setting appointments, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate placements. What you bring to the team includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-starter attitude, a passion for outreach, relationship building, and guiding individuals in their career journeys, and no prior recruiting experience necessaryif you're driven and resourceful, we'll equip you with all you need to succeed. This is a commission-only role where your earning potential aligns with your performance.
