Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, addressing client needs, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project performance, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Exceptional client relationship management skills, including the ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Project management and organizational skills to track client accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with keen attention to detail and professionalism.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of roofing services or construction is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
