Role Description As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing customer queries, identifying growth opportunities, and providing insights to improve client satisfaction. By collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure successful project execution while driving customer retention and business growth.
