Role Description As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing customer queries, identifying growth opportunities, and providing insights to improve client satisfaction. By collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure successful project execution while driving customer retention and business growth. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Phoenix, AZ
Qualifications Strong experience in Account Management and working directly with key accounts
Excellent Customer Service skills to build and nurture long-term client relationships
Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts in competitive industries
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Experience in construction, labor management, or related industries is advantageous
