Associate Creative Director (Hybrid - Seattle, WA) Job Description We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead and mentor our internal Nordstrom creative team, delivering world‑class work that connects with customers and drives results. A day in the life… You’ll collaborate closely with peers, partners, and the Creative Director to concept, develop, and deliver brand, fashion, and product storytelling campaigns across digital channels, print, and store environments. You’ll lead in‑house ideation while providing creative guidance and expertise to external partners. You own this if you have… 7+ years of creative direction experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading a team Bachelor's or master's degree in design, marketing, fashion, arts, advertising, journalism, or a related field — or equivalent experience Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced omni‑channel or retail environments A portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across TV/film, digital, OOH, social media, and print.
