Position Overview
The Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist – Americas is responsible for driving demand generation, digital performance, and brand visibility. This role serves as the primary marketing leader in the region, owning both digital growth strategy and day-to-day marketing execution.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, The Americas, this individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy—translating global marketing strategy into regional execution while partnering closely with commercial leadership to drive revenue growth.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to build, launch, and optimize marketing initiatives end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
Own and execute Erlab Americas’ digital marketing strategy across web, SEO/SEM, email, and paid media channels.
Manage and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion pathways.
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns aligned to regional sales priorities.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
Continuously test, refine, and scale digital programs to improve pipeline and ROI.
Content & Brand Management
Develop and localize marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, case studies, product messaging, and thought leadership.
Ensure brand consistency across all Americas‑facing materials and channels.
Adapt global campaigns and messaging for regional market relevance.
Support the creation of technical and educational content that reinforces Erlab’s category leadership.
Partner directly with the General Manager and sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
Create sales enablement materials including presentations, product collateral, and campaign assets.
Support lead management processes, including qualification workflows and CRM optimization.
Improve alignment between marketing and sales to increase conversion and velocity.
Events, Trade Shows & Field Marketing
Plan and execute regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional strategies to maximize event ROI.
Support field marketing efforts that drive local awareness and customer engagement.
Measure and report on event‑driven pipeline and performance.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Manage marketing tools and platforms including CRM, email marketing systems, and analytics dashboards.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Ensure data integrity and alignment between marketing and sales systems.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the Americas region.
Partner with global marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, and product priorities.
Collaborate with product management and leadership to support product launches and growth initiatives.
Manage external vendors and agencies as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid marketing generalist role.
Proven experience managing digital channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, and website optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Self‑starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B, industrial, laboratory, or life sciences markets.
Experience supporting a sales‑driven organization or revenue‑focused marketing function.
Exposure to international organizations and global marketing structures.
Certifications in digital marketing or analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Working Conditions
Hybrid in our Rowley, MA office.
Regular collaboration across time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia.
Occasional domestic and international travel for trade shows, customer visits, and global meetings.
