Vice President of Field Marketing Automation Anywhere is looking for a seasoned Vice President of Field Marketing to lead and scale our global field organization. This strategic leader will be responsible for driving double‑digit growth in revenue pipeline and bookings through innovative, customer‑centric marketing programs that align tightly with sales objectives. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role is hybrid with regular onsite days at our San Jose, CA office. Responsibilities Leading and Growing Field Marketing Organization : Scaling a world‑class field marketing team that drives regional and segment‑specific growth. Pipeline and Revenue Impact : Owning aggressive pipeline and bookings targets with sales; designing programs that deliver measurable ROI and accelerate deal velocity and size. Driving for Impact : Setting bold goals and challenging your own team and the company to achieve as much as possible. Sales Partnership : Acting as a trusted partner to sales leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and execution strategies. Customer Engagement : Collaborating with customers to identify business challenges and position solutions that meet their needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Solutions Marketing Expertise : Leveraging experience in solutions marketing to bring voice of the customer back to HQ, including proposing solutions product offerings which may be global, unique to a vertical, or to a region. Global + Local Campaigns : Giving feedback to global marketing on overall campaign needs, influencing global campaign development, and framing appropriate localization to resonate with unique regional needs. Integrated Marketing : Looking at marketing holistically across channels including digital, partner, events, PR/AR and approaches (e.g., ABM) and optimizing the marketing mix by region to deliver targets. Data‑Driven Decision Making : Using analytics and insights to optimize programs, forecast impact, and continuously improve performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing field marketing in a high‑growth SaaS environment. Exceptional ability to build, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams across geographies. Demonstrated success in driving double‑digit growth in pipeline and bookings through field marketing initiatives. Proven ability to partner with sales teams and build a culture of winning together and mutual accountability for results. Strong data‑driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement. Skilled at engaging with enterprise customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Background in solutions product marketing strongly preferred. Key Competencies Excellent analytical abilities and a data‑driven mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $290,000 – $320,000 a year. The position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
