Position Summary To be successful as a Senior SEO specialist you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends. A good Senior SEO specialist values quality content and leverages technical insights to optimize for search engines.
As a Senior SEO Specialist at RPM Living, you will get to do more than just implement keywords into a website. You will be responsible for the overall search strategy for ensuring good organic traffic and exposure for our property websites.
Responsibilities Develop and implement SEO strategies, processes, and procedures along with best practices across our portfolio
Manage SEO campaigns and projects
Oversee the work of a small team of SEO specialists
Analyze SEO performance and collaborate with management
Act as project lead on specific projects when needed
Mentor and train other team members
Develop and implement SEO processes and procedures
Conduct a competitive analysis and identify SEO opportunities for our clients
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and developments within the industry
Responsible for RPM corporate website updates, as needed
Troubleshooting Google Analytics and GBP related issues
Ad hoc projects as needed
Education and Experience 3-5 years of experience in SEO
Proven track record of success in improving SEO performance
Strong understanding of SEO trends and best practices
Physical Requirements May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in our Phoenix, Austin, or Houston office 3 days per week
The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
