We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility for MJH Life Sciences. You'll work across platforms and channels, using data to continuously sharpen targeting and performance — and collaborating with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure every campaign is on‑strategy and built to deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs, and other digital channels
Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting — surfacing insights and recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and ROI
Use data and analytics to continuously refine targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of every campaign dollar
Manage advertising budgets across assigned brands with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and meeting campaign goals
Create and manage digital content and assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and relevance to healthcare professional audiences
Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategy, ensure consistent messaging, and support cross‑functional objectives
Assist in developing marketing reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
What Sets You Apart
At least 1 year of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic DSPs
Analytically driven with strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate data into clear insights and present results with confidence
Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms
Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality
A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership of outcomes and looks for ways to continuously improve performance
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing strongly preferred
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, or marketing automation a plus
Experience managing a direct report is a bonus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Compensation Range
$55,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
