In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and shopper experience, helping shape how customers discover and engage with Fiskars products.Act as a go-to expert on customer requirements, from packaging configurations to display placement 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Merchandising, or Project Management A passion for retail and shopper experience Strong analytical and business acumen (Excel + PowerPoint proficiency required; SAP a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Make a tangible impact on how customers experience our products every day excited about shaping the in-store experience and driving meaningful growth,
