B2B Consultative Sales Executive – Certified B Corporation We’re looking to make the world a better place by cleaning up our dirty industry, but we can’t do this without revenue. This is where you come in… We are looking for a highly driven salesperson with a proven track record of hitting sales goals to join our sales team. You must be willing to travel and will drive business through a combination of face‑to‑face and video meetings. You should be a consultative salesperson comfortable reading academic research and using data to build compelling pitches to clients. An interest in sustainability is a plus. Compensation Consists of a $125,000 base salary plus commission and potential for bonuses. We encourage you to exceed your sales target as there is limitless earning potential in this role. This is a full‑time position with company benefits typical of certified B Corporations. Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales goals – references will be verified. 5 years of sales experience. Travel: domestic U.S., with international travel possible. About the Opportunity MaCher is a 31‑year‑old promotional product company that cleans up a traditionally dirty industry. We design and manufacture promotional products made from sustainable materials and help clients solve business challenges. Your primary role is to sell our services to new clients and achieve your sales goal. You will do this by: Creating a sales plan based on industry, not geography. Qualifying prospects, prospecting them, scheduling meetings, and identifying problems in their business. Collaborating with designers and product project managers to craft solutions that address client needs. Pitching product solutions to prospects. Closing orders. About You Unrelenting sales drive and personal accountability to achieve goals. Comfortable with travel and face‑to‑face client meetings. Curious, willing to learn, and open to growth from mistakes.
