Location: In Kentucky, between Louisville and Red River Gorge (Hybrid Role) Type: Part-Time (40 Hours/Week) Compensation: $20-$22 per hour The Role We are looking for a high-output Social Media Manager to own the daily execution of our brands across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok . You won’t be starting from scratch—you will be working within a proven framework and using high-quality content provided to you. Your job is to take that content, optimize it for each platform, manage our community, and support our paid advertising efforts. Key Responsibilities Content Optimization & Editing: Use provided footage and finished reels to create engaging posts. You must be able to “clip” content effectively, adding captions, music, and transitions that meet our quality standards, and drive results. Multi-Platform Management: Schedule and post content across FB, IG, and TikTok. You will utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) for scheduling while maintaining organic posting where necessary for maximum reach. Paid Ad Creative: Collaborate with the operations team to design and refine visuals and “hooks” specifically for paid advertising campaigns. Community Engagement: Manage inbound comments and DMs across all platforms. You will work within GoHighLevel to respond to leads and utilize AI tools to streamline basic inquiries, ensuring a high-touch feel for more complex questions. Performance Tracking: Provide comprehensive monthly reports on engagement, growth, and click-through rates. You should be able to identify why a piece of content performed well and how to replicate that success. Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, high-end, and professional voice that aligns with our brand guide(s). Requirements Location: Must live in Kentucky between Louisville and the Red River Gorge. Editing Proficiency: Mastery of any preferred editing suite—we care about the result and the quality, not the specific software. GHL Experience: Familiarity with GoHighLevel for scheduling and DM management is a significant advantage. Creative Eye: You understand what makes a “scroll-stopping” hook and how to format content for high engagement on TikTok vs. Facebook. Attention to Detail: You will be the final set of eyes on everything the public sees. Typos and “off-brand” content are not an option. Why Join Us?
