The Role We’re looking for a Creative Producer focused on UGC video for TikTok and Snapchat within the Social Growth team. This role is at the core of our content engine, responsible for producing and scaling high‑performing video assets across organic and paid user acquisition. As a production‑first role, you will own the full creative cycle end to end: from hypotheses and scripting to testing, iteration, and scaling. Working closely with creators, editors, and UA, you’ll ensure a constant flow of assets that drive installs. Focus area: turning insights into high‑volume production, rigorously testing creatives, and scaling winning concepts through structured iteration. Goal is to build a repeatable system that consistently produces top‑performing creatives.
