Account Manager (Native Spanish, Bilingual)

About the Role The Bilingual Account Manager will lead creative workflows that drive business outcomes for our clients. Your day will be spent understanding the objectives of our creative efforts, working with strategy and creative teams to match those efforts with the right creative solutions, and guiding the execution of the work for optimal efficiency and creative quality. With a focus primarily on paid social and online video, you will be encouraged and expected to be intimately familiar with the client’s brand, product, market conditions and competitors. You should also have a foundational understanding of production process and the ability to support producers and creatives during fast‑moving workflows. You will work closely with and lead the creative team on a day‑to‑day basis by providing guidance, client feedback, and ensuring all parties are clear on tasks. You will also be managed by a Senior account manager or Account Director and will have exponential growth opportunities within the brand and agency. Prior creative client‑facing experience is a must. The ability to kick‑start a creative workflow from start to finish adhering to timing and budget guidelines is a must. Responsibilities Understand the internal and external process for execution. Manage the day‑to‑day workflow, leading projects of all sizes depending on experience. Ensure all work is accurate, reflects client comments, meets brand standards and is on strategy. Stay on top of all aspects of a project, always able to explain the status, timing implications and budget implications at each step. Identify how the outcomes we are driving by our work can scale to other parts of the business. About You The Essentials Native‑level Spanish fluency with the ability to navigate cultural nuances. You will lead transcreation efforts, ensuring creative concepts resonate authentically in both English and Spanish‑speaking markets, rather than simply overseeing translations. 3+ years of experience working at an advertising agency, marketing firm, client side or start‑up. Ability to work independently and willingness to take assignments readily. Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department and client relationships. Ability to head off potential conflicts and problems before they materialize, and have strong problem‑solving skills. Desire to maintain and continually improve personal knowledge base. Ability to change course of action when appropriate or necessary. Superior organization skills and be detail oriented. Work Location & RTO Policy This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
