The Marketing and Communications Specialist manages a company's brand voice and promotional strategies to drive engagement, handling content creation, social media, graphic design, and brand management. This role is a hybrid position responsible for developing marketing strategies, crafting compelling content, and designing high-quality visual assets for print, digital, and social platforms. Serving as a visible brand ambassador, the specialist collaborates cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-impact experiences, supporting both our marketing and communications leaders. Key Job Responsibilities Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, internal templates, digital assets, advertisements, and signage, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Prepare files for print production and manage relationships with external vendors. Manage social media platforms and websites, including content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and creating lead campaigns. Collaborate with recruitment and talent teams to support campaigns and events. Define success metrics, track performance, and analyze ROI across events and campaigns. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must provide a portfolio/samples of graphic design work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design suites Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Canva, web CMS (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing platforms Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices Photography or videography skills Foundational understanding of experiential marketing, brand activations, and grassroots marketing strategies. Proven on-site leadership skills, including managing vendors and live-event execution. Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. Experience tracking performance metrics, analyzing ROI, and delivering post-event recaps and insights. Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and maintain consistency under pressure. Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in events, brand activations, experiential marketing, or graphic design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
