Responsibilities Responsible for recruiting and interviewing non‑exempt and exempt job openings in a high‑volume environment. Support and promote the company’s employer brand across all recruiting channels. Marketing Responsibilities Create and manage content for career pages, social media, and job campaigns. Develop engaging materials (graphics, posts, videos, employee spotlights) to attract candidates. Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company culture and values. Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to support hiring goals. Track campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of content. Optimize job postings for visibility and candidate engagement. Manage and schedule posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as appropriate. Stay current on social media trends and recruitment marketing strategies. Maintain and update the company career site and job postings. Coordinate with platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor. Ensure postings are accurate, branded, and optimized (SEO/keywords). Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives. Assist with event promotion and logistics. Support community outreach and partnerships to build talent pipelines. Assist with recruitment materials (flyers, email campaigns, internal communications). Support diversity hiring initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns. TA Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels. Manage calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones. Arrange interview logistics, including conference rooms, virtual meeting links, and candidate travel when needed. Ensure timely communication of interview details and updates. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Respond to candidate inquiries regarding interviews, timelines, and next steps. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience. Send confirmations, reminders, and follow‑up communications. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in iCIMS. Update candidate statuses and workflow stages. Audit requisitions and job postings for accuracy and compliance. Generate recruitment activity reports and trackers. Assist with preparation and distribution of offer letters. Track completion of required onboarding documents. Support I‑9, E‑Verify, and compliance documentation as applicable. Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth new hire onboarding. Coordinate orientation schedules and Day 1 logistics. Confirm equipment requests, access setup, and workspace readiness. Ensure all pre‑start requirements are completed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred. Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates required. Relevant experience in the healthcare industry a plus. Strong knowledge of recruiting and applicant tracking systems. Strong knowledge of recruiting and interviewing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision‑making skills. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Other Details This is a remote opportunity with the ability to travel to the Home Office in Louisville at least twice per month.
