Growth Marketing & Content Lead

Daylight Studio is hiring a high-performance, technically savvy Growth Marketing & Content Lead who can build visibility, elevate our digital presence, and execute at a high level across content, websites, social platforms, and AI-powered creative production.
We are not looking for someone who only posts content.
This role is for an operator with taste, speed, technical skill, and strong commercial instinct.
This position begins part-time with a 2-week trial , with the opportunity to move into a full-time leadership-track role based on performance.

think strategically and execute independently
create premium-quality content fast
improve websites and landing pages directly
understand how to increase visibility across both traditional search and AI-driven discovery
capture, edit, publish, optimize, and measure without needing constant direction
operate with a high standard of quality in a fast-moving creative environment

Website content and visibility
SEO / AEO / GEO
AI-generated and AI-enhanced creative production
Required Skills
You should already be strong in most of the following:
Social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms
High-level video editing and content production
Hands-on website editing and building, especially in Squarespace
SEO, AEO and GEO
Strong command of SEMrush
Google Analytics , performance tracking, and KPIs
AI tools
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute with urgency
Non-Negotiables
You must be highly tech-savvy
You must be able to improve websites directly , not just suggest ideas
You must know how to increase visibility , not just increase posting volume
You must be able to create top-quality AI videos and premium short-form content
You must be comfortable capturing content during studio sessions and events
You must be available for on-site work , including some evenings and weekends
You must have high standards, strong taste, and a bias toward action
Work Structure
Start part-time : approximately 20–25 hours per week
Begin with a 2-week trial
Opportunity to move into a full-time role with higher salary
On-site presence required for studio sessions and event coverage
Some remote flexibility for editing
