About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the U.S. marketing agenda, with a focus on expanding brand presence in activewear and youth-oriented segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the marketing strategy, driving go-to-market planning for new product launches, and building brand awareness through data-informed campaigns. This role requires a leader with a strong background in apparel, footwear, activewear, or adjacent lifestyle categories, and a proven track record in senior marketing leadership. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, hands-on, and adept at operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer engagement, and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer and e-commerce-led environments are essential.

Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree being advantageous. A minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, particularly within consumer-facing brands, is required. The role demands a professional with strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, who can work effectively in a hands-on setting and is adept at balancing strategy with day-to-day execution. The candidate should be based in the New York or Northern New Jersey area, with the flexibility to operate in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities also include managing external agency partners, partnering with cross-functional teams, and establishing performance indicators to evaluate and refine marketing efforts.
