About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Dean and Chief Communications and Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating its identity and public voice. This senior leadership position is dedicated to refining and advancing the narrative that articulates the distinctive value of the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences. The successful candidate will be the principal authority on organizational positioning, narrative strategy, and public voice, integrating strategic communications and marketing leadership with advancement partnership and executive-level external engagement. The role is central to ensuring alignment across academic priorities, communications, and fundraising efforts, and will involve close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, University Communications, University Advancement, and the College Foundation. The Senior Associate Dean and Chief Communications and Marketing Officer will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing communications and marketing organization, advising senior leadership on institutional positioning and executive communications, and translating the College's ambitious academic agenda into engaging strategies.
