TheBDM, FSI is an executive-level, individual contributor role within the Citrix FSI Go-To Market organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, highlypartner-focused individual who willdevelop and workwithCitrix's moststrategic partners to helpcreate interest,strategyand thendrive joint solutionsto ourcommon customer base, ultimatelybringingthe value of theCitrix Platformto life for our FSI clients, through our most strategic partnersand partner prospects, such as Accenture and KPMG.
Job Description
TheBDM, FSI will serve as askilledinfluencer, combining technicalexpertise, business acumen, andpartnerengagement skills, specifically in FSI. This role will report to the SVP of Global FSI and work closely with partners,Account Executives and Technology Strategiststo communicatethe Citrix value propositiontechnology strategies that address complex business challenges.The ideal candidate will have a partner focused background, including, but not limited to previously working for or with largesystem integrators and consulting firms, that had an FSI focus such as Accenture,EY, KPMG, to name a few. This role would be considered a 'hunter' role,whereasfinding and building new key contacts and relationships within this partner base would be optimal.

Ability to act as a business and technical leader and advisor topartners.
Participate in high-impact sales and marketing meetings, providing insights, technicalguidanceand real-world business experience to influenceCitrix solutions through partners' existing GTM motions.
Provide internal teams with insights on how toleveragechosen partners toenhanceand grow Citrix solutions through partners' GTMmotions.
Providepartners' customerfacingteams with insights on how toleveragethe Citrix partnership to enhance and grow their own relationships and value within our common customer base.
Lead and contribute to white papers, case studies, and solution briefs, sharingjoint successes.
Serve as a spokesperson for Citrix's technology vision, educating clients and partners on our productsand solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, vendors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Work with partners to co-develop solutions, build joint value propositions, and strengthen market presence.
Bachelor's degree in computer science,engineering,marketingor related fields.
15+ years of experience inBDrolesrole,with FSI industryfocus.
Strong knowledge of End User Compute, Zero Trust NetworkAccessand Cloud Compute technologies.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
