This role works closely with senior estimators and project teams to prepare competitive, well‑analyzed bids on technically complex public works projects. What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs and cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and general conditions Support bid preparation, subcontractor outreach, scope review, and proposal assembly Review and analyze RFPs and bid documents to identify quality bidding opportunities Assist with estimating for process piping, mechanical, and heavy civil scopes Coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout the bidding process What We’re Looking For: Ideally experience estimating industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction projects, but WILL TRAIN someone eager to learn Understanding of heavy civil construction means, methods, and logistics Ability to produce accurate take‑offs and estimates Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with estimating software such as HCSS (HeavyBid/HeavyJob), Bid to Win, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, BuildingConnected, or similar Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented, accountable work style Why Join Our Team?
