Director of Analytics (Atlanta)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Director to lead a small team of analysts and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on transforming large datasets into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau Oversee and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions Ensure data integrity and effective use of relational databases and data warehouse structures Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data management 3+ years of leadership experience managing data or analytics teams Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with relational databases Proven experience working with large datasets and quantitative analysis Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau or similar) Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture Preferred Qualifications: Experience in K–12 education or charter school environments Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and guide team execution Additional Information: This position is not open to C2C or third-party candidates
