We are seeking a seasoned and proactive
Senior HR Business Partner
to support our manufacturing operations in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in human resources, including a solid background in a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with site leadership to drive key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. The Senior HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting both operational goals and people development, while collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance.
What You'll Do: Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development. Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters. Resolve employee relations issues and coach leaders through performance management, escalating when necessary. Analyze HR and business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive employee engagement and scalable HR solutions. Provide support for HR initiatives as needed, partnering with the HR team. Who You Are: 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a greenfield/start-up environment. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
