Senior Business Analyst (Minneapolis)

Must be local to the Twin Cities. We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll help shape new products, improve existing processes, and support technology teams by translating business requirements into clear technical direction. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and data teams to drive solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Gather, document, and write business and technical requirements, including API requirements
Collaborate with development teams to communicate and implement solutions
Create data mappings and data flow diagrams to support system integrations
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
Help develop product and service strategies based on business trends
Partner with internal teams to understand challenges and propose solutions
Contribute to initiatives that enhance client and customer satisfaction
Must Have
Intermediate SQL skills for querying and validating data
Experience with data mapping and data flow diagramming
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 5+ years of relevant industry experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools Ability to work across business and technical teams with ease The base hourly range for this contract position is $50-80 per hour, depending on experience.
