Real Estate Transactional and Finance
capabilities in
Boston, New York, Washington DC, and Atlanta
at the Mid-Senior Associate Level.
Job Description:
They're seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate to join our real estate joint venture and finance practice. Candidate must have substantial experience with some combination of complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower representation), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality).
Will work directly alongside a prominent Partner in the practice and should be capable of running transactions with minimum oversight.
Job Requirements:
Candidates applying for attorney positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
There is a
1,900
minimum billable hours requirement for this position.
The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between
$260,000 to $435,000
annually ( 2017-2023
class year).
