Events Manager – DCB Hospitality Group (Orange County)
DCB Hospitality Group is looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven, and sales-focused Events Manager to join our team in Orange County.
This Job requires that you work in office in Irvine, CA and travel to restaurants in Orange County.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences from first inquiry through execution.
What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries across four restaurant locations Handle incoming calls, emails, and leads with a strong focus on converting inquiries into booked events Guide clients through the planning process, including menus, layouts, and logistics Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution Act as the on-site host for events, welcoming parties and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival through departure Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and local businesses What We’re Looking For: Strong sales mindset with the ability to close and upsell events Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple events and locations at once Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience in restaurant events, catering, or hospitality sales preferred If you’re someone who enjoys owning the full event lifecycle and being the face of the experience on-site, we’d like to hear from you.
Hourly Rate $25 - $30 per hour DOE plus Event Commissions
