About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position blends traditional customer service responsibilities with inside sales support, offering a dynamic role for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, relationship-building, and contributing to sales success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and communicates with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on service excellence and sales support Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order entry, quote preparation, and follow-up Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product or service information De-escalate customer concerns with professionalism and tact Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs Support sales KPIs through proactive outreach and customer engagement (no sales quotas) Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication and call handling Perform occasional warehouse visits as needed (no travel required)
Required Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to frequent changes in workflow Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage conflict effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processes HVAC industry knowledge is a plus, but not required

Work Environment This role begins as a remote position, with the expectation of transitioning back to an on-site environment in the future.
