An international law firm with a strong reputation in private client and real estate work is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its San Francisco office. The firm operates across a global platform with multiple offices worldwide and advises prominent individuals, institutions, investors, and developers on complex real estate matters.
The Candidate Minimum 3-5 years experience practicing in a law firm's Real Estate group. Domestic experience Strong academic background Experience handing commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals Knowledge of financing, commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial and ground leases), conveyancing, and development matters Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
