
Personal Assistant (Los Altos)

Our client, a high-net-worth family, is seeking a discreet, highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO and a dynamic household of five children. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless, well-run home environment, ensuring the residence remains consistently organized, guest-ready, and operating at a high standard. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in creating calm, efficient spaces and can anticipate the needs of a fast-paced household. This is a contract position with potential to convert to permanent for the right fit.
**Please note this is an onsite, temporary role based in Los Altos, CA. Pay will be $55-$60/hr.**
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready home (light housekeeping only, no deep cleaning) Prepare breakfast and assist with children’s morning routines Oversee organization and upkeep of pantry, closets, toys, and common areas Manage household inventory including groceries, pantry items, and essential supplies Coordinate laundry and wardrobe care, including off-site management as needed Assist with light event preparation, setup, and post-event reset Partner closely with household staff (nannies, estate manager, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain regular restocking of kitchen items, beverages, toiletries, and household essentials Support light pet care and general household upkeep Handle ad hoc personal assistant duties and day-to-day household needs Ensure care and respect for high-end finishes, furnishings, and materials throughout the home
Qualifications: Prior experience in a private household setting (Personal Assistant, Executive Housekeeper, or similar) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs without direction Professional, discreet, and accustomed to working in high-net-worth environments Comfortable working in a busy household with children and collaborating with staff Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
