Executive Recruiter.
Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
The salary for this position is $85k-$105k.
The
Executive Recruiter
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles. Develop strategic sourcing plans. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates. Reviews and evaluates applications to identify top candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. Lead employer branding efforts on social media and outreach strategies. Analyze wage and salary reports for data reference points. Develop job descriptions as needed. Attend job fairs and recruitment events. Other duties as assigned.
The
Executive Recruiter
will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience. Strong negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
