Global Account Director ICT

BSI is seeking a Global Account Director to manage strategic relationships with leading technology and ICT organizations. This role will focus on growing global partnerships with 4 to 6 defined companies operating across digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology services. You will work with global technology leaders to help them strengthen resilience, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational performance through BSI's portfolio of services. As the senior strategic contact for your accounts, you will lead global virtual teams and engage with executive stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities include mapping board and executive level priorities, holding executive level conversations to surface unconsidered needs, developing and delivering strategic account plans for global ICT clients, building executive-level relationships across technology and digital organizations, orchestrating the virtual account across divisions/regions, aligning ABM and partner motions, managing MSA/impartiality, enabling smooth commercial to operations handoff, driving cross-portfolio growth and renewals, coordinating global sales teams across divisions and regions, identifying new contacts and growth opportunities, leading complex enterprise sales opportunities and negotiations, leading with a quantified value hypothesis tied to the client's metrics, driving innovation partnerships and new service opportunities, and ensuring strong client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth. What we're looking for includes significant experience managing large enterprise accounts in the ICT or technology sector, understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, or technology compliance frameworks, proactive seeking out of new business opportunities, leveraging advanced business development skills, consistently demonstrating initiative in expanding networks, uncovering prospects, and cultivating valuable relationships, ability to confidently sell a wide range of products and services, proven ability to grow global strategic accounts, strong consultative sales approach with experience managing complex deals, ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business leaders, and experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
