Hizentra – Immunology: Primary Immunodeficiency (PI) & CIDP
Associate Product Manager (APM) supports the execution of brand initiatives for Hizentra across PI and CIDP. The role is highly executional and project‑focused, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality HCP and patient‑facing materials while supporting key brand operations. The APM plays a critical role in driving asset development, managing internal processes, and ensuring pull‑through of brand strategy across customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Brand Operations & Governance
Supports Field Manager bi‑weekly calls and Field Committee management, including preparation, tracking, and follow‑up.
Manages re‑approvals, sunset processes, and lifecycle tracking of promotional materials.
Executes label revision updates across applicable brand assets.
Content & Asset Development
Serves as Derivative Content Lead (Personal & Non‑Personal Promotion) for PI and CIDP.
Provides vendor direction and supports MLR alignment and negotiations in partnership with brand leadership.
Manages production and field asset workflows, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Drafts and updates brand decks aligned to approved brand strategy.
Digital & Strategic Support
Acts as Digital App Lead, supporting updates and evaluating brand‑strategy‑aligned opportunities.
Applies market research findings to help identify opportunities and inform tactical execution.
Congress, Conference & Sales Pull‑Through
Leads Congress and Conference asset pull‑through, including compliance decks and booth logistics based on team direction.
Drives Sales Meeting pull‑through including planning meetings, manages project timelines and brand team material readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline required; MBA preferred.
3–5 years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
Experience supporting brand marketing initiatives, including promotional material development and review processes.
Demonstrated experience applying market research insights to marketing execution.
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing tools, promotional workflows, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Self‑starter able to work independently with minimal guidance.
